Easter Bunnies for Grandma

Happy Thursday to you all....

Wow...my second day in a row posting a project. What is up with that?? All I can say is I have read a ton of books on my Kindle (love it & really enjoy those FREE books!) and am ready for a change. I need to get these spurts of creative energy when I have time to get things completed...not scramble to get them done and in the mail. Oh well, I know these will be late.

This super cute bunny was a free digi from Shirleys2girls. We had a fun party on March 13th but I had to leave early to shop for a tie. Needless to say...I am a bit late finishing my project but that is life.

I knew my grandma would appreciate this cutie. I altered a composition book using directions from StampTV. Gina K has very easy to follow directions along with perfect sizes. I have done these before but having size guidelines makes it much easier and faster.
Here is a closeup of the image with its cute sentiment. Stop on over at SNR Card Universe and join the S2G group. The group has a great bunch of gals!

Did I do that????

That is the theme for this super cute Mo's Digital Pencil "Sam in Trouble" image. I just can't resist his cute little face. Takes me back to the time my little guy (who is now 16 and 6'4") found a marker for clothing and colored his sheets and part of the wall. When I went into his bedroom he had that same look on his face. It was totally my fault that I had left the marker in his top drawer where it should have been safe from little guys...but it wasn't. Nic didn't get in trouble, but we had to prime and paint the wall and the sheets still have the markings on them. When I use those sheets I put the "decorated" part at the feet and no one knows.

What do you think???

Brrrr....

Welcome to another Magnolia-licious Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop...and yes it is only March 25th. This is a wonderful to stock up on your holiday cards and gifts. It get the inspiration flowing. We have a very wet seven day forecast here in the Pacific Northwest and next week is spring break. What a perfect time to take advantage of getting things done. I am taking a few days off of work next week to take care of some things for Nic while he is out of school. I am also in desperate need of a foil & can't wait for Tuesday. I shouldn't put this off for so long...it makes me a little crazy.

On to the hop....I experimented with my copics to try and make her fluff white. You will have to tell me how I did. It was fun trying something new. I created a basic gift card holder for you today. This could be wrapped up in a box or added to a stocking.
This cute Maggie is holding a card from my favorite coffee spot. Bring on the grandee, skinny vanilla, 190 degree no foam latte. I drink those all the time, even in the summer. Cold coffee just isn't my thing...but I love my hot coffee...YUMMO!!!
I turned the dp inside out so I wouldn't detract from my image and add something special inside (besides the gift, and isn't that what they really want). I made a few of these several years ago and my mom recycled them this past Christmas. I thought that was a wonderful idea. She said they were so cute she didn't want to throw them away. Please visit our Magnolia-licious Christmas blog. They have a great slide show of all the goodies along with links to the store where you can shop till you drop.

Please hop on over to visit Marcia and her wonderful creation. I thank you for stopping by and hope you enjoy the last weekend in March. I just can't believe we are almost to Easter...I have some bunnies almost ready to post. Hippity Hoppity....Easter's on its way!
