Mae’s Crafty Creations
April's Christmas All Year Long Blog Hop....
For this month's blog hop I am using this super cute Tilda image along with Basic Grey's yummy paper Eskimo Kisses. I just loved this new paper pack and am so glad I am able to put it to use. With the weather we have had today...this image sure fits. Super crazy but no snow flakes...just some hail now and then. The magnolialicious group has this fun event the 25th of every month and it is a great inspiration and kick in the rear to get my Christmas cards going. Now when October/November rolls around, I will have a head start.

Please check out the entire list of ladies who are participating over at the main blog. You can also view a great slide show of all the creations. The next person on the hop is Marcia. I know she will have something wonderful to show you. Thanks for stopping by & have a wonderful day!!!

Thanks for your sweet comment! In regards to your question, yes my blog is a blogger template. you have to go to blogger in draft to get it..just google it and it should bring up the blog for it...

This is an adorable image and I like the patterned paper your paired it with and the addition of the snowflake brads.

To answer your question that you left on my blog about the Christmas Card Challenge: I got the idea from a blog friend who makes several cards a month and posts them one day a month and from this challenge on Split Coast Stampers. They want you to sign up and commit to making/posting a certain number of cards per month. I don't think there are any particular challenges - like color or sketch though. But it's really my own personal goal to make and post one Christmas card a week (every Thursday). In past years I have dreaded making Christmas cards because I had always put it off until late November. Then I would stress over it and be unhappy with my results and swear I'd never make Christmas cards again. But after I saw my friend's personal challenge and the forum on SCS, I decided to give this method a try. And I'm so happy I did. It's not hard to make one card a week and instead of them all being the same as in previous years, every one will be different.

If you want to see more of my Christmas cards for this year, just go to the sidebar on my blog in the "labels" section and click on "CCC10".
